After an interesting night yesterday I really needed to chill out today as I was also going out on Saturday. In fact a rare occurance that I had to cancel a competition in Spain (despite what I said in a previous post about the euro exchange rate) but I was just knackered.
This said, I did however manage to get a few things done for the GDA but nothing major (it is the weekend so I am having a kit kat).
In the mix of things I have managed to do, were to meet up with Darren and discuss a problem that occurred at the Trafalgar with a player from the Rock Cosmos B division team. We will be dealing with this in due course.
The only statement I will make is that physical violence will not and cannot be tolerated in any way shape or form so we are investigating the matter.
Not only in darts it is simply not acceptable in law.
Other things done has been to send an email that DarrenO. is concerned about, as he is starting to receive completely unacceptable league result sheets (incomplete & incorrect). I keep reminding Darren that he is not obliged to go overboard in trying to please captains that are simply not keeping their end of the bargain. Either they do it correctly or deduct points and we will see how quickly they start learning how to properly complete the league result sheets.
