Busy busy busy - 19 Nov 2008

It seems that the more I practice the more things crop up for me to do...

My brother has bought a new laptop which requires installation, windows updates, virus protection and connection to the Internet. At work I have an extra workload with the Euro Elections register which has to be ready before the 1st December (NOT EASY AND VERY TIME CONSUMING) and not including the backlog of darts stuff get through, I am feeling a bit stressed out at the moment.

Dave called me and told me that he received my letter and asked if we could re-arrange that day to go out as it was their last day in Gib. I texted members (thanks to Darren who texted me the numbers as recently I had lost all my mobile contacts cos my phone went bust) and we went to Latinos Diner for lunch. DysonP., JonahJ., DaveO., Dianne, and myself, we had a lovely farewell lunch.

Also I managed to get a DVD sorted with the fantastic GBC report on the 50th anniversary and went down to the cannon hotel to drop it off for Dave to take back to the UK, luckily for me I was able to obtain the transcript of his speech which he gave at the Gala dinner.

Are my posts becoming even bigger nooooooooooo..... that just means more work jejejejeje.

Anyways boring things done: found email with flight details for Harry to have which we need for the Winmau, emailed Roy Price a confirmation that Federico Pozo, winner of the Gibraltar Open and that he will be playing the Lakeside World Pro Playoffs. Lastly I emailed the new calendar of events to all members, contacts and the media.
